• Hourly Range: $29.50 to $33.70 per hour
• Stability Guarantee: A biweekly minimum income aligned with 64 flat-rate hours, so your pay stays consistent - even during quieter periods.

• Keeping detailed records of work completed and communicating clearly with the service team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative shop culture
