Are you passionate about premium vehicles, cutting-edge technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Acura of Moncton is looking for a Service Video Advisor to help bring clarity and connection to our service process through engaging video communication.

As a Service Video Advisor at Acura of Moncton, you'll create detailed service videos that keep clients informed and involved, helping build trust and reflect the high standards of the Acura brand. You'll also support the team with daily tasks, maintain a clean and organized shop and lot, and occasionally assist as a Service Advisor, gaining valuable insight into the full service experience, all while starting a career with Atlantic Canada's largest automotive group!

Wage Range: $17.50 - $19.75 plus bonus plan

Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

 

• Capture clear, high-quality video overviews of vehicle inspections and repairs
• Communicate the technician's findings and repair recommendations confidently and professionally via voiceover
• Upload and deliver service videos to clients promptly, maintaining a seamless and informative experience
• Support the overall service team while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist in various service department tasks as needed

• Confidence in speaking clearly and professionally on camera (voice only)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all communications
• A dependable, punctual approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
