Responsibilities
• Efficiently manage all operations of the service department
• Supervise, motivate, and support the team of service advisors and technicians
• Ensure a high-level customer experience that meets both manufacturer and dealership standards
• Implement processes to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Take a hands-on, proactive approach to build collaboration and synergy within the team
• Participate in the development and monitoring of departmental performance goals
