Guaranteed Stability - Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You'll Do

Crush Sales Goals - Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets.
Create Unforgettable Experiences by providing exceptional service.
Seal the Deal - Coordinate test drives, finalize transactions, and ensure seamless vehicle deliveries.
Collaborate & Innovate - Work closely with finance, service, and management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive success.

What We're Looking For

 

• Passion for the Automotive Industry and a love for helping people.
• Sales & Customer Service Experience - At least 2 years in a similar role.
• A polished, professional appearance and a knack for making great first impressions.
• Strong communicator that can connect with clients effortlessly.
• Organized and Self-Motivated, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.
• You work well with others but also know how to hustle independently.
• Valid Driver's License - A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
