St-Eustache Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc. is looking for a candidate for its growing business development center. The candidate must be autonomous, organized and have good management of priorities.
You will be responsible for responding to service department requests in a prompt and professional manner, selling the department's products and services, and working closely with the service team and manager.
Your daily duties:
- Answer service-related telephone inquiries;
- Make appointments following customer visits;
- Make customer follow-up calls;
- Establish a methodical follow-up of requests and appointments;
- Submit a weekly follow-up report to management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Sales and customer service skills;
- Excellent web and technology skills;
- Automotive experience (desirable).
We are particularly looking for someone with strong persuasion skills, who can set appointments, while offering excellent customer service.
