Hyundai Gabriel Ouest is looking for a passionate Service Advisor!
    • Location: Hyundai Gabriel Ouest – 4850 St-Jean Blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC
    • Position Type: Full-time, permanent
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities
    • Greet service customers with courtesy and professionalism.
    • Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate services or repairs. Open and close work orders.
    • Follow up on repairs with technicians and keep the customer informed.
    • Clearly explain the work performed and the associated costs.
    • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For
    • Experience as a service advisor (1+ year is a strong asset).
    • Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
    • Bilingualism (French/English) required.
    • Valid driver’s license.
