Main responsibilities:
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to their needs and clearly explain the required work
• Prepare repair orders and follow up on service files
• Coordinate with the team of technicians to ensure fast and efficient service
• Present mechanical recommendations and advise clients honestly and transparently
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after repairs
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of the automotive field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with CDK/ADP systems (asset)
• Knowledge of the Serti (Keyloop) system is an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
