Greeter / Star Assistant

Mercedes-Benz Laval is currently looking for a sociable person who enjoys working with a great team of professionals and first impression ambassador as a Hostess / Greeter .

WORKING CONDITIONS:

It is a full-time or part-time job with a daytime and evening schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting and hosting guests visiting our dealership.
- Answering our guests' basic needs and questions and then referring them to the right person;
- Inquiring information from the guests as (their name and place of residence), and recording it in the dealership's sales system as required;
- Notifying the appropriate Sales Consultant of a client's expectation or introducing the client to a Sales Consultant or any other person at the client's request;
- Managing and maintaining a system to track first customer visits in collaboration with the sales department;
- Seeing after-sales service customers during morning rush hour and asking them for basic information when requested by the Manager;
- Assisting Sales Managers when requested;
- Providing administrative support to the company's various departments;
- Performing any other related tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent ability to express yourself in both official languages;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (an asset).

LANGUAGES, SPOKEN and WRITTEN:

- Bilingual, in French and English.
