Responsibilities:
    • Sell financial products and warranties
    • Manage all aspects of financing
    • Build trust-based relationships with clients
    • Explain the features and benefits of the available products
    • Negotiate and find win-win solutions for all parties
    • Understand administrative procedures such as record keeping and preparing financial documents
    • Communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Listen actively and ask the right questions
    • Share all necessary information regarding the vehicle, delivery, or any other details
    • Work closely with the delivery and accounting departments

Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Relevant experience as a Finance Manager (a strong asset)
    • Ability to communicate in both French and English, at an intermediate-advanced level, to serve both English- and French-speaking clients
    • Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
    • Knowledge of dealer software: DealerTrack, DeskIt, RouteOne
    • Professional attitude
    • Ability to work well as part of a team
