Job description
Groupe Duclos is currently looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within the service team at its Laval dealership.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival
• Confirm service appointments
• Work closely with Chrysler-certified service technicians
• Review the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and recommend required services
• Open and close work orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform any other related tasks
We offer a signing bonus of up to $5,000.00.
Previous experience as a service advisor and basic knowledge of the Serti software are strong assets.
