What Will You Do? As a key member of the dealer support team, you will:
 

  • Support dealerships across Canada with parts-related inquiries
  • Respond to requests primarily via email with occasional phone support
  • Accurately identify parts using catalogues based on service diagnostics
  • Coordinate internally to resolve issues related to inventory, backorders, and logistics
  • Document support tickets and maintain records of dealer communications

What Do You Bring?
 

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts
  • Ideally some prior corporate or customer service experience, but mechanical aptitude is most critical
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
