Responsibilities
    • Receive and process parts orders from technicians
    • Prepare cost estimates
    • Distribute parts to technicians efficiently
    • Ensure that all internal parts requests are properly billed to the appropriate service repair order
    • Assist with receiving deliveries and handling parts when needed
    • Perform any other related tasks as required

Requirements
The selected candidate must be able to communicate in English—intermediate level spoken, and beginner level written—to effectively support our English-speaking clientele.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a dealership environment
    • Good knowledge of automotive mechanics
    • Strong focus on customer service (internal and external)
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
    • Comfortable lifting and handling tires/rims when necessary
    • Solid computer skills; knowledge of SERTI software is considered a strong asset
    • Valid driver’s license required
