Painter

Montreal Auto Repair Center is seeking a self-employed Vehicle Painter to join our in-house body shop full-time.

The primary objective of this position is to restore vehicles to a presentable condition by ensuring they are painted evenly.

Responsibilities:
    • Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
    • Mix paint and other materials to match the vehicle's color.
    • Apply paint coats evenly and consistently to achieve a flawless finish.
    • Perform touch-ups and minor repairs as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of paints and tools.

Requirements:
    • 2 or more years in a similar position.
    • Thorough knowledge of automotive painting techniques, materials, and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license

This is a contract position with the potential to earn $100,000 or more
