**Responsibilities**
• Assist the General Sales Manager with daily tasks
• Oversee administrative operations of the sales department
• Prepare performance reports and follow up on client files
• Coordinate internal and cross-departmental communications
• Greet clients with professionalism
• Handle phone calls, emails, and internal documents
**Desired Profile**
• Experience in the automotive industry (Ford dealership experience is a strong asset)
• Proficiency in Merlin, Sertie, InFord, and Activix software
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Discretion, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
