Service Advisor

Job Description:
A major car dealership is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its after-sales service team. If you are passionate about customer service, organized, and enjoy working in a professional and dynamic environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:
    • Welcome customers and gather the necessary information to identify and define their vehicle repair and maintenance needs
    • Propose appropriate maintenance services
    • Schedule the execution of work in coordination with the workshop
    • Ensure quality customer service throughout the process
    • Sell recommended maintenance services and provide clear estimates
    • Perform thorough follow-up with customers
    • Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
    • Hold a card issued by the joint committee in regions subject to collective agreement decrees, if applicable
Requirements:
    • Relevant experience as a Technical Advisor or in a similar after-sales automotive service role
    • General knowledge of automotive mechanics
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment
    • Proficiency with service management software (Serti, CDK, Reynolds, or others – an asset)
    • Valid driver’s license
