Responsibilities

Your role is to offer financing and insurance options, including life and health insurance, various protection plans, and extended warranties — all while delivering outstanding customer service. You will act as a consultant by informing clients about service terms as well as manufacturer and dealership policies.

You must be attentive to customer needs in order to provide financing solutions tailored to their financial situation.

The Finance & Insurance Manager plays a key role in the vehicle purchasing or leasing process. They are the go-to expert in financing and must build a relationship of trust with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.

    • You have 1 year of experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) in a car dealership;
    • A valid driver’s license;
    • You are resourceful, professional, and have a strong ability to work as part of a team;
    • You are committed to customer service;
    • You have the ability to manage files efficiently and responsibly.
