Job description
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and finance managers with the ultimate goal of achieving established sales targets.
You will ensure an optimal closing rate by providing training, motivating staff, and conducting rigorous follow-ups with your sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, both in terms of delivery compliance and after-sales service.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise "T.O." transactions
• Approve sales transactions
• Oversee the assistant sales managers
• Evaluate trade-ins
• Coach and support the sales team
• Ensure smooth operational functioning of the dealership
• Generate daily reports
• Follow up with customers who visited the dealership
• Maintain contact with the manufacturer
• Uphold current processes and implement new ones as needed
• Be accountable for achieving new vehicle sales targets
The Sales Manager may also be occasionally required to take part in customer meetings, with a specific goal established for this aspect as well.
You must be available to work a variable schedule, including evenings.
Experience and/or Required Training:
• Recognized strength in closing sales
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong management experience

• Responsible and autonomous
• Professional appearance
• Proven sales abilities
Salary: Up to $150K
