We are currently looking for our next Junior Service Director to join our passionate team!
Main Responsibilities:
• Set departmental objectives and ensure consistent follow-up;
• Ensure an exceptional customer service experience and increase service visibility to attract new clients;
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranty policies and procedures;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in after-sales service;
• Deliver top-quality repair services while minimizing returns to the workshop;
• Handle customer complaints promptly in accordance with management guidelines;
• Perform any other related duties as needed.
Profile Sought:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the ultra-luxury vehicle sector;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Strong sales and customer service skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and natural leadership;
• Proficiency with computer systems (CDK, One-Eighty, Microsoft Office Suite).
