In this key role, you’ll connect our diverse lineup of vehicles with our clients by providing informed guidance and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers by showcasing various Volkswagen models, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Identify and assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable options.
• Finalize sales while ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the buying process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful information.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
• Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up to date on industry trends and Volkswagen innovations.
Required Qualifications:
• Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow with us.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
