Your Responsibilities – Your Road to Success:
• Greet customers and build trust as quickly as possible;
• Help customers choose a vehicle by prioritizing their needs—ask the right questions and listen carefully;
• Clearly explain key information about product performance, operation, and benefits, as well as lease and purchase options based on the customer’s situation;
• Understand and explain equity, residual value, and depreciation principles to customers, as well as federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing automotive retail sales;
• Negotiate prices and have the transaction approved by sales management;
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensure the car is ready, and explain features, warranty details, and required documentation;
• Stay up to date with the latest products and accessories;
• Regularly seek out and attract new customers.
The Ideal Profile:
• Strong experience in customer service with sales targets, ideally in the automotive industry: knows the competition, the market, and the vehicles;
• Customer-oriented: exceptional service skills with a proactive and attentive approach to customer needs;
• Quick thinker: learns quickly and adapts easily;
• Ambitious: driven by challenges, focused on results and excellence, and not afraid to suggest bold ideas;
• Perseverant: doesn’t give up easily and pushes through challenges;
• Detail-oriented and organized: demonstrates precision and accuracy;
• Excellent time and priority management skills;
• Technical skills: strong command of French and English (spoken and written), and solid computer literacy.
