Job description
We are looking for a Service Advisor.
Summary:
The Service Advisor communicates directly with customers and works to meet their maintenance and repair expectations. This position acts as a link between the Mechanic and customers. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this position and enhance the customer experience.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Understanding your customers' needs and providing complete solutions;
- Responding promptly to your customers' enquiries, either by phone or in person;
- Handling sensitive situations in a professional manner;
- Preparing and analyzing repair orders with customers;
- Estimating the cost and duration of maintenance and repair interventions. Ensuring that the final invoice matches the estimate and that the vehicle is delivered on time;
- Being a link between customers and Technicians and managing purchase orders;
- Scheduling maintenance and repair work;
- Using a work order management software.
