Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Advisor.
The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers and gathering the necessary information to identify and define their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. They will also be responsible for selling maintenance services and scheduling the required work, all while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Customer-related tasks:
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and gather information about their vehicle;
• Explain the nature of the work performed and all related costs to customers;
• Advise customers on proper vehicle care and emphasize the importance of regular maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications;
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
• Ensure customers are informed about any promotions or services offered by the dealership;
• Perform other tasks as required and directed by management.
Training
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset);
• Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English;
• At least two years of experience as a service advisor.
