As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers. Your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, guiding motorsport enthusiasts in their choices and answering all their technical questions.

You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:

    • Welcoming and advising customers on our full range of vehicles (motorcycles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, ATVs, etc.), as well as parts, accessories, and gear
    • Identifying their needs accurately to recommend the most suitable solutions
    • Clearly explaining the technical features of our products in an understandable way
    • Working closely with the workshop to schedule maintenance and repairs
    • Contributing to achieving service sales objectives
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Advising customers on maintenance and repairs, and selling parts and accessories
    • Closing customer, internal, and warranty invoices
    • Collecting customer payments

Training

What We're Looking For
    • Unwavering passion for motorsports
    • Significant experience in a similar role (technical advisor, sales, or customer service) in the motorsport or automotive field
    • Technical knowledge is a strong asset
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach
    • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
    • Valid driver’s license (motorcycle license is a plus)
