Looking for a hands-on role with leadership opportunities in a fast-paced, outdoor environment? 

We're hiring a Senior Lot Attendant to lead day-to-day operations at our Abbotsford dealership. This is a full-time, regular position-perfect for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Safely move and organize RVs (trailers, motorhomes, campers) around the lot
  • Operate forklifts and tow vehicles to position units as needed
  • Lead, train, and support junior lot staff to ensure tasks are done safely and efficiently
  • Prepare RVs for delivery, trade shows, and showroom displays
  • Keep the lot clean, safe, and well-organized for customers and team members
  • Complete daily paperwork, documentation, and reporting using Microsoft Office
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Sales, Freight & Logistics) to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with customer RV walkthroughs and handovers
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Freight & Logistics Manager


REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role (2+ years preferred)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating large vehicles (asset)


WORK CONDITIONS:

 

  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and carrying equipment.


Hourly rate is $25.00 - $29.00, a minimum of 2+ years of relevant RV experience is required to qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
