Our Mercedes-Benz Oakville is looking for a 12-month Contract Vans Centre Sales Administrator to join us! 

Job Purpose:

The Sales Administrator assists the Sales Management Team to ensure efficient administrations of all New/Pre-Owned vehicles for the Sales Department. This includes reception assistance as required.

The objective of the Sales Administrator is to provide assistance to the Sales Managers by relieving him/her of administrative tasks, thereby allowing him/her to concentrate on revenue generating tasks, while still ensuring every customer in the showroom is greeter and directed to the proper personnel. Additionally, the Sales Administrator is responsible for various administrative tasks associated with stocking and maintaining inventory logs, systems, etc.

Requirements
 

  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Collate and record information accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Logical and systematic.
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
  • Work to deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of 180, ADP/CDK or Reynolds software, MS Office, including Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service. Including written and verbal skills to communicate with all employees.
  • Professional appearance & friendly disposition
