Service Advisor - Sorel-Tracy

Salary:

- Salary between $60,000 and $90,000 per year depending on your performance;
- Base salary plus commissions.

Brief job description:

You will be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the information required to determine the repair and maintenance needs of customers' vehicles, as well as selling maintenance services according to the customer's needs, while ensuring the quality of customer service. Finally, you'll have to ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position;
- Experience with Serti software (an asset);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Sales skills.
