Job description
We need a motivated, positive, bilingual customer service person to support our sales department. If you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you.
Main tasks:
- Greet customers with professionalism;
- Handle telephone calls;
- Manage the parts/service counter;
- Take customer deposits.
Sales / delivery support tasks:
- Take photos and videos of vehicles and put them online;
- Assist sales managers with sales files;
- Ensure vehicle is ready for delivery;
- Make vehicle deliveries;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Demonstrate vehicle technology;
- Have customers sign documents.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the automotive field (an asset);
- Experience in a similar position;
- Ease with people;
- Ability to work independently;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Ability to learn;
- Flexible schedule 30/40 hours per week.
The person we are looking for must have computer skills.
