Service Advisor

Your main tasks:

- Welcome customers to the after-sales service and identify their technical needs;
- Draw up repair orders and quotations, and monitor interventions;
- Act as an intermediary between technicians and customers;
- Explain technical interventions in a clear and pedagogical manner;
- Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of service processes.

Profile:

- At least one year's experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics essential.
- Knowledge of the Serti system an asset;
- Good team spirit, resourcefulness and sense of responsibility.
