Job description
A well-established dealership on the South Shore of Montreal is looking for an experienced Service Manager. This position is for a results-oriented, autonomous individual looking for a new challenge in a structured, dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department;
- Manage, mobilize and supervise the technical and administrative team;
- Ensure exemplary customer service and loyalty;
- Implement efficient processes to improve productivity and profitability;
- Work closely with other dealership departments;
- Monitor performance indicators and ensure objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a similar position in a car dealership;
- Proven leadership and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team;
- Customer focus and excellent priority management skills;
- Good technical and operational knowledge of after-sales service;
- Excellent communication skills and professional rigor;
- Knowledge of DMS software (Serti, Reynolds or others) an asset.
