Job description
Lallier Kia de Laval is currently seeking a Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team of after-sales service professionals.
Job summary:
The incumbent greets customers, gathers the necessary information to identify and define their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, opens repair orders, provides an estimate of repair costs while clearly explaining the work to be done, follows up on work in progress and closes repair orders.
The bilingual candidate must have experience as a dealership technical advisor. He/she must also possess the following qualities
- Strong sales skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Good technical knowledge;
- Excellent customer service.
In addition, this person must enjoy teamwork, be rigorous in his or her work and demonstrate an unfailingly positive and professional attitude, in order to offer impeccable customer service at all times.
Experience with Serti software would be desirable.
