Job description
Carrefour 40-640 VW offers a complete inventory of new vehicles, as well as a wide selection of certified pre-owned vehicles. In addition, this reputable company provides a full range of automotive services to ensure the mechanical quality and reliability of its loyal customers' vehicles.
We're currently looking for a versatile, resourceful individual to fill a Follow-up and Appointments Attendant position in our service department. Would you like to join our team of people who are truly passionate about the brand?
Here are the main duties of the position:
- Book appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments;
- Answer incoming calls from the service department;
- Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.);
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position and/or in customer service;
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
