New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

Job description
Brief description:
You will be required to sell or lease new or pre-owned cars, in addition to knowing how to communicate with customers, prioritize meeting their needs and achieve the sales figures and volume required by the dealership.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and open manner and establish a relationship of trust with the intention of providing a highly satisfying customer experience;
- Listen carefully to customers, asking questions to find out their needs and help them choose the vehicle that's right for them;
- Know the products so as to be able to describe the advantages of each vehicle, such as performance, comfort, operation, accessories, etc;
- Describe and offer any optional equipment available on desired vehicles;
- Offer test drives to potential customers. Make sure you know the dealer's requirements for test drives, such as ID, insurance, license and others;
- Be able to clearly explain the differences and advantages between a sale and a long-term lease, depending on the customer's needs;
- Know how to negotiate and discuss with customers;
- When making a sale, complete the necessary forms required by the dealer. Ensure that all questions have been answered.
Knowledge and training:
- Know and understand equity and residual value;
- Keep abreast of all new products and accessories. Know their specific features and benefits (both those of your dealership and those of your competitors);
- Take product, sales, customer service and other training courses as directed;
- Know and understand the laws governing the automotive field (federal, provincial and municipal laws).
Requirements:
- Bilingualism;
- Experience;
- Computer skills.
