Job description
Groupe Prestige, RV Prestige department, is looking for a Service Advisor for its recreational vehicles department. The company specializes in new and pre-owned motorized recreational vehicles (Classes A, B, C).
Work focuses primarily on customer service:
Reception:
- Greeting customers on site;
- Receiving and following up calls;
- Cashiering.
Service:
- Appointment scheduling and confirmation;
- Opening work orders with to-do lists;
- Receiving customers at their appointments;
- Follow-up with customers;
- Basic technical information.
Parts:
- Parts ordering (internal and external);
- Order reception, labeling, inventory.
We have a wide range of experience in this field, which will enable the Advisor to quickly carry out his/her work in an optimized manner. The jobholder will also be supported by a Manager and a foreman who will be able to contribute their expertise in complex cases.
The work schedule is weekdays during the day. The job is seasonal and available from the beginning of March to the end of November (debatable). Salary depends on skills and experience.
Experience in the recreational vehicle field is preferred (as well as any other experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive field). In addition to being generally resourceful and quick-witted, the candidate must
