Job description
Our client, an auto body repair shop on the North Shore of Montreal, is looking for a Liaison Agent to join their team.
As a Liaison Agent, you will play an essential role in coordinating the various internal and external parties involved in the body shop.
Your main tasks:
- Greet customers and follow up on their files throughout the vehicle repair process;
- Carry out administrative procedures (claims, insurance relations, estimates, etc.);
- Coordinate exchanges between customers, insurance companies, experts and the workshop team;
- Schedule appointments and organize vehicle deliveries and pick-ups;
- Monitor progress and keep customers regularly informed;
- Ensure final delivery of repaired vehicles with a constant focus on service quality.
Profile:
- Desired experience in the automotive sector, in customer relations or as an administrative agent;
- Good organizational skills, rigor and versatility;
- Excellent interpersonal, service and communication skills;
- Proficiency in current IT tools.
