ALBI le Géant is continuing to grow, and is looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager for its ALBI Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette Hummer Laval dealership on the North Shore of Montreal.

Working closely with the Fixed Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :

- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the service and parts department;
- Ensure department profitability and customer satisfaction;
- Ensure that costs are controlled, objectives are met and records are kept accurately;
- Support and supervise the team of technical advisors;
- Greet customers and identify their maintenance and repair needs;
- Promote the services offered and manage work scheduling;
- Ensure that outstanding customer service is maintained.

Your profile:

- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor;
- Natural leadership and dynamism;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
