What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, customer-focused sales department.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for your sales team - then empower and coach them to exceed those expectations.
  • Design and execute winning sales strategies (inside and outside sales) that drive revenue and dealership growth.
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience - turn first-time buyers into lifelong brand advocates.
  • Work cross-functionally with service, F&I, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent - build a team that's motivated, skilled, and engaged.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Resolve high-level customer issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead by example - model top-tier sales behavior and a positive, respectful workplace culture.
  • Drive revenue across departments by aligning sales and F&I strategies with dealership goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing input on local promotions, online inventory visibility, and events.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends - bring new ideas and innovation to the table to keep us competitive and fresh.
  • Celebrate wins, coach through losses, and help your team grow both professionally and personally.


What We're Looking For

 

  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role (RV or automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performance sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategies, closing techniques, and CRM systems.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid professional accreditation/certification (AMVIC).
  • Post-secondary education preferred.

Total Compensation: $100K - $150K per year (Base, Bonus, Benefits & Commissions)
