Job description

Titanium Ford is part of the Steve Marshall Group, which operates new, used, and RV dealerships throughout British Columbia and the US. We are an award-winning brand with more than 400 employees, and we are looking to add one more as a part-time Receptionist.

Role Summary

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers - whether in person or over the phone. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Greets customers and visitors warmly, and directs them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provides general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.
  • Assists with customer inquiries and ensures high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensures refreshments are full and fresh, and the customer waiting area is clean.
  • Other duties as required.


Qualifications & Competencies
 

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced and high energy environment.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
