Job description

Fredette Pneus et Mécanique is looking for a Supervisor for its tire department. Fredette Pneus et Mécanique has been in the tire and auto mechanics business since 1972. As a Tire Department Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Supervise the tire department team (installers, technicians, etc.);
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the smooth running of daily operations;
- Manage tire inventories (receiving, inventory, rotation);
- Provide technical support to the team and resolve problems as required;
- Ensure quality customer service;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards;
- Train staff on procedures and new products;
- Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, customer service).

Profile:

- Significant experience in workshop management (minimum of 5 years);
- Excellent management and leadership skills;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Leadership and teamwork skills;
- Good stress management skills.
