Intenral BDC Manager

Groupe Motion is looking for an internal BDC Manager to head up its business development center. You will play a key role in optimizing customer communications and supporting the sales and service teams.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal call center (BDC);
- Coach, train and motivate the team of BDC representatives;
- Develop and improve scripts, processes and communication tools;
- Monitor performance indicators and produce required reports;
- Work in collaboration with sales, service and marketing departments;
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service at every point of contact;
- Participate in the implementation of strategies to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience managing a BDC or call center (ideally in the automotive sector);
- Excellent communication, leadership and performance analysis skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English required (oral and written);
- Organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
- Proficiency in CRM tools and call management software.

Conditions:

- Full-time, permanent position;
- Annual salary of $100,000, depending on experience;
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday;
