Job Description

This role is remote temporary role working 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday from a home office and will be on 3rd party agency payroll.

The role will perform sales operations tasks under the direction of the Senior Key Account Manager. This position is critical to ensure our Canadian OES customers receive timely accurate data from Bosch.
 

  • Prepare pivot tables and reports for each OES customer. This includes top selling product sales, top selling dealers, and specific categories as required by customers.
  • Prepare price quotations
  • Prepare financial approval requests using Bosch templates. Route and monitor progress.
  • Prepare product questionnaires
  • Assist sales and marketing with creating product promotions
  • Data mine to support Bosch and customer initiatives
  • Resolve customer escalations such as return goods authorizations, service parts requests, and credit/rebill follow up via email and phone.
  • Create OES cross reference tables
  • Reinstate part numbers
  • Support special projects as requested
  • May perform additional tasks as requested


Qualifications
 

  • Recent grad from a Business, Data Analytics or related Degree or Diploma program
  • One year of related experience considered an asset
  • Intermediate to excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and MS Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Experience making outbound customer service phone calls
  • Salesforce experience an asset
  • Experience using AI such as ChatGPT an asset
  • Experience working in the automotive industry an asset
