Service Advisor

Technical Advisor - Join our dynamic team!

We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our committed and professional team.

Your main responsibilities:

- Open and close work orders;
- Schedule appointments for the following day;
- Manage fleet of courtesy vehicles;
- Answer calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on parts on order;
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Submit extended warranty requests;
- Use and manage multiple IT platforms.

Profile:

- Experience in the automotive sector (regardless of position held);
- Strong interest in customer service and enjoy working with the public;
- Permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday);
- No weekend shifts;
- Work uniform provided.

We offer a salary of up to 80k per year.
