CARSTAR Ste-Sophie is looking for a Liaison Agen / Accounting Clerk to act as a link between customers, the production team and administration. If you like human contact, have good organizational skills and want to evolve in a professional environment, this position is for you.
Responsibilities - Liaison Officer:
- Greet customers at the counter and explain the steps in the repair process;
- Follow up on customer files throughout the process;
- Communicate with insurers and transmit necessary information;
- Collaborate with estimators, production department and administration.
Responsibilities - Accounting clerk:
- Enter accounting data (invoices, payments, deposits);
- Verify and process accounts payable and receivable;
- Perform bank reconciliations;
- Participate in the preparation of financial reports;
- Classify and organize accounting documents;
- Assist management in various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or coordination (automotive field, an asset);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Good multi-tasking skills;
- Knowledge of estimating software (Audatex - Mitchell) and Quickbooks;
- Organizational skills, thoroughness and interpersonal skills;
- Professional and service-oriented attitude.
Conditions:
- Permanent full-time position;
- Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday;
