Main duties:

- Verify work order requests and validate work with Service Advisors;
- Diagnose mechanical or electrical problems and recommend appropriate repairs;
- Repair or replace defective parts using manual, mechanical or electronic tools;
- Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups, etc;
- Carry out road tests to pinpoint problems;
- Communicate with technical advisors on vehicle condition and work to be scheduled;
- Participate actively in ongoing training offered by Volvo;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Profile:

- Comfortable with hybrid and electric technologies (an important asset);
- Good team spirit and positive attitude;
- Methodical, rigorous and organized;
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods;
- Good physical condition;
- Valid driver's licence.
