Trainer, Dealer Services - Recreational and pre-owned vehicles sector

Territory to be covered : Province of Quebec
Preferred location: Montreal area, North Shore or South Shore

We are looking for a trainer with a passion for skills development to support Financial Services Managers working with recreational and pre-owned vehicle dealers across Quebec.

Main responsibilities:

- Improve the performance of Financial Services Managers through personalized and targeted training;
- Prepare dealership visits by analyzing sales data and discussing specific needs with Financial Services Managers;
- Develop trusting relationships during dealership visits;
- Identify opportunities for improvement using various methods and provide constructive feedback;
- Promote the use of corporate tools and systems;
- Document visits in Salesforce and perform required follow-ups;
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions in an engaging and professional manner;
- Ensure that participants are motivated and understand the training content;
- Accompany new Financial Services Managers in their integration and monitor their performance;
- Provide individual coaching to support the integration and development of new Financial Services Managers.

Profile:

- Relevant experience in training, coaching or skills development, or as a Financial Services Manager, ideally in the recreational vehicle or automotive sector;
- Excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills;
- Autonomy, rigor and ability to manage a large territory;
- Mastery of digital tools and distance learning platforms;
- Residency in the Montreal region, North Shore or South Shore (required);
- Availability for frequent travel throughout Quebec.
