Job description
Chaput Automobile, an automotive dealership that offers new and pre-owned Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles, is looking for an experienced candidate who wishes to evolve within a company that offers good working conditions.
Being in business for more than 75 years, the company offers many services (ex.: parts, service department, body shop, etc.) and enjoys a loyal and pleasant clientele. The team is composed of experienced employees dedicated to the dealership's success!
Your responsibilities as Service Manager:
- Determining and achieving the department's objectives;
- Maintaining high quality repair services;
- Reducing workshop shops;
- Dealing with our customer complaints' quickly;
- Managing the department's staff;
- Applying the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions;
- Assisting in problem resolution and diagnosis of vehicle problems;
- Carrying out any other related duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar functions in staff management;
- Good organizational skills;
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of mechanics and Serti software;
- Professional;
- Focused on results and goals.
