Job description
St-Léonard Toyota is looking for a BDC Agent for its service department. If you enjoy customer service and are comfortable on the phone and with computers, we have a place for you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer calls to book service appointments;
- Carry out telephone follow-ups and reminders to customers;
- Confirm appointments and answer customers' questions;
- Enter information into the computer system;
Work closely with the service team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or call center (advantage in the automotive field);
- Comfortable with computer tools and management systems;
- Good oral and written communication skills in French;
- Organizational skills, punctuality and professionalism;
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
Conditions:
- Salary starting at $24 per hour, depending on experience;
- Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week;
- Daytime schedule Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m;
- Dynamic and professional work environment.
