Experienced Automotive Estimator

CARSTAR Granby is looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our team. If you enjoy customer contact, have experience in estimating auto damage and are looking for a stable, professional work environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage;
- Prepare estimates according to industry standards;
- Explain repairs to customers and answer their questions;
- Follow up with insurers and customers;
- Collaborate with production and administration teams.

Requirements:

- Significant experience as an Automotive Estimator;
- Knowledge of estimating software (e.g. Audatex, Mitchell);
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Organizational skills, thoroughness and professionalism;
- Ability to manage several files at once.

Conditions:

- Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week;
- Monday to Friday schedule;
- Fridays, we finish at noon;
- Dynamic and respectful work environment.
