Profile:

- Excellent ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically;
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Previous customer service experience;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Team spirit;
- Basic computer skills;
- Desire to learn new practices in order to always offer the best service to our customers.
