Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC's CSN Collision Centre is hiring a Customer Service Representative!

What you'll be doing:
- Welcome customers in-person and by phone, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Book appointments and manage the body shop's schedule efficiently.
- Keep customers informed with regular updates on repair status.
- Coordinate paperwork, insurance claims, and internal communication with advisors and technicians.
- Process payments and manage loaner vehicle documentation.
- Tackle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Keep customer records up to date and organized.
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (automotive or collision centre experience is a plus)
- A friendly, approachable communicator who builds trust fast
- Exceptionally organized and great at multitasking
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with booking systems and basic office software
- Calm under pressure, professional, and team-oriented.
