Candidates Must Have:
 

• A safety-first mindset
• Ability to document complaints, causes, and corrections.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance
• Performs preventive maintenance
• Performs complex repairs with minimal (if any) support.
• Able to follow Freightliner troubleshooting procedures to diagnose and repair engine codes
• Can perform regular repairs with little or no supervision, e.g. wheel seal, suspension work, wiring, AFS, etc
• Knows how to weld using stick and/or mig
• Active listening skills and taking direction from the supervisor (Ability to follow procedures and directions)
• Must have a good array of tools
• Punctual and able to complete repairs on time while ensuring quality deliverables
• 310T Licensed
• 2 years or more relevant work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude, and willingness to be a part of a strong team focused on Getting the Job Done Right While Kicking Ass and Having Fun!

What will your day look like:
 

• Perform running repairs on all vehicles
• Perform minor repairs in yard
• Service calls when needed
• Shop repairs as required
• Daily clean up of work area
